We accept credit cards, cash and personal checks. Financing via Care Credit is also available.
It is very rare that a dental plan covers 100% of fees. Any given insurance policy is based on what they term "usual and customary fees." The usual and customary fee may have little to do with real world dental costs and everything to do with insurance company profit margins. Our fees are in line with other area dentists, but with the added value of our superior care. These fees fairly reflect overhead costs (salaries, rent, supplies and equipment), a continuing professional education that enables me to offer the best diagnosis and treatment and the hours that go into that care.
We are happy to process your insurance and obtain pre-determinations of what your insurer will pay. However, patients are responsible for estimated co-pays and deductibles at the time of appointment. This allows us to keep our fees low.
You may have many questions regarding your insurance. For the hundreds of plans that exist – there are that many answers. Your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Consult your human resources department or broker, to learn the benefits and limitations of your plan.
For uninsured patients, full payment is due at time of appointment.

When we schedule a dental appointment, that time is yours. We don’t
double-book. Flat tires, sick children and family emergencies happen.
We understand. But the cost of needlessly missed appointments affects everyone. Our staff promises to give you the respect, concern and
care that make our office a comfortable and pleasant place to visit.
Please give us the same respect. Please give as much warning as
possible. Otherwise, missed appointments are subject to a $50.00 fee.
